With easy acces to all the Parisian aiports and train stations, the 15 rue Montorgueil is ideally located for foreigners who come to settle in Paris and for any person brought to travel frequently. The many RER and Métro lines which pass in the district make it possible to go quickly and easily anywhere in Paris and its suburbs. Lastly the carparks of the Forum des Halles are available to park cars in the vicinity.

The building is listed by the French Building Commission as a National Historic Landmark for its frontage and its ironwork. Two elevators bring you to the different floors of the building and the maintenance of the building and the apartements is in charge of the management. A cleaning lady is also available to you for an additional charge should you whish so.

The S.C.I. Montorgueil, a family business, has beem managing the building for 15 years. The manager resides in the building and is available for assistance at all time.
